Quick answers
- I can't hear any sound.
- Check your device's silent switch and volume, then make sure Sonno isn't muted by another playing app. On iPhone, also check that media volume is up — not just ringer volume.
- My settings or saved mixes disappeared.
- Sonno stores everything locally on your device. Reinstalling the app deletes that local data. There's no cloud backup — that's by design, since we don't keep accounts or sync anything off your device.
- How do I get a refund?
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Will Sonno work offline?
- Yes. Once installed, Sonno runs entirely offline — no network connection needed.
