Relationship to Apple's EULA
Your use of Sonno is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The terms below apply in addition to Apple's EULA and cover app-specific matters not addressed there. If anything below conflicts with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA controls.
Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Sonno, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app — simple as that.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sonno for personal, non-commercial purposes on any iOS device you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
What you can't do
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app or its sound assets
One-time purchase
Sonno is a paid-once app — no subscriptions, no in-app purchases. The purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store and is subject to Apple's payment terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Availability
We strive to keep Sonno running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or available. The app is designed to work entirely offline once installed, so it should keep playing whether or not anything else is up.
Disclaimer
Sonno is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. Use it to rest, focus, and disappear into something quiet — that's the point.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
